A child's perspective...

So I was inspired by a friend who took up-close photos of her children's toys as nursery decor to do the same, in a bizarre attempt to also gain a child's perspective on some of my children's toys :) Waste of time? Ha!- I think not. Well, regardless, it was a lot of fun and the kids helped me choose which toys to photograph. Here are our artistic shots of some of their favorites ...

Looking at these got me thinking about what in my spring/summer line might appeal to children as well as adults. As grown-ups we often take the liberty of dressing our children however we like... classic, trendy, sometimes uncomfortable? I'm proud to say that my items are designed with children in mind, hoping to appeal to mommies and babies alike. But these photos also got me thinking about some fun shapes and colors I can incorporate into my designs, to appeal to little coochooloos, the way that these toys entertain and brighten the kids' day.
Enjoy!

I LOVE these pictures! You should offer them in your shop as well. Especially the wooden toy ones.
